I’ll keep this brief, as I actually want to start working ASAP.  Last night, I was in a cycle of anxious avoidance due to all the things I had to do, but I put off to escape the responsibility. It was a bunch of simple things, like doing my hygiene and washing my clothes, combined with a bunch of complex things, like Monkanics and socializing. I almost spiraled yesterday. I think that was because of my sleep “schedule”. Since I slept for most of the day, I missed my 2 PM deadline, making me go into an avoidance spiral to avoid the discomfort of not handling my responsibilities. I w...
